Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier and marked as delivered, The Card Collector is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Shipping Damage

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include photographs of:

  • The damaged item(s)

  • The shipping box

  • The shipping label

  • Any visible damage to the packaging

We will review the information and, if appropriate, assist with a carrier claim or provide another resolution at our discretion.
